The local partner your program
has been missing.

You fund systems that must outlive the program. We are the Somali engineering company that builds them, runs them, and is still here in Garowe, Mogadishu, and Hargeisa, years after the closing report.

Why programs choose local.

Presence, not fly-in

Three offices, Somali engineers, work conducted in Somali and English. We are at the ministry's table in hours, not time zones.

Sustainability by design

Every system we deliver comes with an operating model: trained staff, service agreements, and a financing path, so it still works when the funding window closes. That is the question every evaluation asks; we design for it on day one.

Localization that's real

Your localization commitments aren't a compliance line with us; they're the vendor. Local hiring, local capacity building, local spend, verifiable.

What we bring to a funded program.

Delivery discipline

Milestone-based plans, results-framework reporting, transparent procurement of hardware at documented global prices.

Standards

Data protection and privacy safeguards designed in; citizen consent built into every verification; systems and data remain government-owned, hosted under national jurisdiction.

Technology risk kept low

We build on platforms proven in national programs across Africa and Asia. No experiments with public money.

Honest scoping

We tell you what a number costs before you commit to it, and we flag what we don't know. Ask us for a reference; we'd rather lose a bid than pad a claim.

Where we fit your portfolio.

Governance & justice

Courts and case management, registries, licensing, designed for how institutions actually run.

Health

Facility systems already serving 8,000+ patients: records, labs, and pharmacy built for real field conditions.

Cash & markets

Payment and assistance-delivery platforms built for auditability, to the standards cash-based programs demand.

Institutional strengthening

The identity, records, and exchange foundations every other program quietly depends on.

What we haven't done yet.

We have not yet delivered a program for a UN agency. We've bid, we've been shortlisted, and we've watched contracts go to firms with longer track records and shorter presence. What we ask of a first partner is one scoped engagement, judged on delivery. What you get in return is a partner that treats it as the reference of record: priced honestly and staffed with our best, because everything we want to build next depends on it.

Send us the hard TOR.

The one where the last vendor disappeared, the site has no fiber, and the deadline already slipped. That's the one we want.
